Provide bilingual (Thai/English) inbound and outbound customer support for restaurant accounts: handle calls, CRM tickets, minor troubleshooting, route issues, document correspondence, and perform clerical duties during evening shifts.

Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) inbound/outbound phone and ticket support for restaurant customers: account changes, minor menu updates, order inquiries, basic troubleshooting, routing tickets, documenting communications, and clerical tasks. Work afternoon-to-evening CST shifts.

The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, apply a consultative selling approach, build customer relationships, and meet revenue targets.
