Prospect and acquire independent restaurants and multi-unit restaurant groups for HungerRush’s POS and restaurant technology platform. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, territory planning, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing across the full sales cycle. The role requires consultative selling, Salesforce usage, executive relationship-building, and achievement of sales targets while partnering with marketing, sales engineering, payments, implementation, and customer success teams.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Account Executives, owning hiring, ramping, coaching, performance management, forecasting, quota attainment, and sales operations. Use Salesforce data and KPIs to improve pipeline health, conversion, and productivity. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success to improve the prospect-to-customer experience and surface market insights to leadership.

Responsible for acquiring new restaurant customers through outbound prospecting, territory planning, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and full-cycle sales execution. The role targets restaurant groups with 1–25 locations, manages pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, builds executive relationships, and partners with cross-functional teams to support customer success. Success is measured by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
