Leads full-cycle client advisory engagements for for-profit organizations, providing financial analysis, models, budgets, forecasts, payroll oversight, tax compliance, and process improvements. Manages client relationships, translates financial data into actionable insights, mentors staff, collaborates across service lines, and supports business development and marketing efforts.

Paid winter-semester tax internship supporting preparation of individual and other tax returns, trial balances, working papers, and depreciation schedules. Interns receive structured guidance, mentoring, and progress reviews while learning firm procedures, accounting standards, and AICPA ethics. The role is on-site at West Michigan offices and is open to undergraduate, graduate, non-traditional students, and alumni studying accounting or a related field.
