Performs accounting functions, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll, tax filings, 1099 reporting, and client advisory support. Uses QuickBooks Online, BILL, Gusto, Asana, and Microsoft Office to manage client workflows, budgets, deadlines, and financial records. Communicates with clients and internal teams while supporting accounting and advisory projects across business and nonprofit organizations.

Prepares and reviews federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, corporations, and S corporations. Supports tax planning, projections, notices, compliance engagements, and strategic initiatives while maintaining client relationships. Mentors staff accountants and interns, contributes to process improvements and business development, and uses technology to improve efficiency. Requires public accounting tax experience, strong tax and GAAP knowledge, excellent organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software.
