The Senior Compliance Manager investigates and manages compliance, privacy, and regulatory incidents; conducts monitoring, thematic reviews, and investigations; supports remediation and assurance activities; maintains risk and compliance registers; prepares governance reporting; identifies control weaknesses and emerging risks; and advises stakeholders on Australian consumer credit regulations.

Supports strategic and operational finance for Australian consumer businesses through portfolio optimization, FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, reporting, and business partnering. Develops business cases for products and market expansion, advises senior leaders on portfolio economics and capital allocation, improves dashboards and processes, and drives month-end and management reporting. Collaborates with treasury and cross-functional teams to identify growth, profitability, and efficiency opportunities.

Support the group's funding programs, securitisation and treasury operations through monthly reporting, trust performance monitoring, cashflow analysis, liquidity forecasting, regulatory ABS submissions, stakeholder coordination, and process improvements to ensure timely funding and compliance.

Leads legal and regulatory matters across hummgroup’s UK, Ireland, and Canada businesses. Advises the international CEO and leadership team on consumer credit, financial promotions, product structuring, distribution models, commercial partnerships, data protection, and corporate governance. Provides board-level guidance, makes independent regulatory decisions, manages legal risk, and integrates legal requirements across Compliance, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and Group functions in a lean operating model.

Deliver and evolve a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme focused on consumer protection and CPC 2025. Monitor regulatory change, provide compliance advice, identify and manage consumer protection risks, produce compliance reports, support governance, remediation, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Design, build, and maintain Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform and Azure DevOps. Provision and manage Azure (and some AWS) infrastructure, support and optimise Azure Data Factory pipelines, implement secure cloud practices (RBAC/IAM), troubleshoot production incidents, and collaborate on platform reliability and cost optimisation.

Lead end-to-end creative delivery for consumer finance and credit card products. Develop concepts, design multi-channel assets (print, digital, social, email, web, POS), create motion/animated video content, manage production and deployment, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.

Lead NZ digital strategy and performance marketing for consumer card products. Own website and app optimisation (UX, SEO, CRO), manage GA4 analytics, run acquisition, reactivation, retention and lifecycle campaigns using CRM/marketing automation, and translate data into actionable recommendations to drive customer growth and conversion.

The Senior Fraud Analyst will analyze fraud trends, optimize detection systems, and manage data analysis to support decision-making against financial crime.
