Collaborates with treasury and cross-functional teams to identify growth, profitability, and efficiency opportunities.

Leads the Australian Cards portfolio, owning product strategy, roadmap execution, P&L performance, regulatory compliance, customer remediation, and portfolio growth. Manages Product Managers and partners with agile delivery teams, executives, card scheme providers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Uses customer insights, market analysis, product economics, and performance data to improve value propositions, acquisition, engagement, retention, profitability, governance, and customer outcomes in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Leads the end-to-end Cards business, owning strategy, P&L, portfolio performance, regulatory integrity, risk management, customer remediation, and partnership-led growth. Oversees proprietary, white-label, and co-branded card programs; negotiates strategic partnerships; ensures compliant, commercially sustainable outcomes; and leads Cards and product teams across cross-functional delivery, risk, legal, marketing, technology, and operations stakeholders.
