Lead legal and regulatory matters for UK, Ireland and Canada businesses as the senior, standalone General Counsel. Provide commercially focused advice on consumer credit, product structuring, distribution, data protection, governance and complex commercial arrangements. Support CEO/board decision-making, embed legal requirements across functions, oversee compliance frameworks, and enable growth while managing legal and regulatory risk in a lean, distributed model.
