Lead delivery of the Federally funded Urban Precincts and Partnerships Program across multiple government, industry and community partners. Responsibilities include strategic project management, governance, stakeholder and partnership coordination, procurement, consultant and contractor management, reporting, and decision support. The role manages complex, high-value projects on schedule, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction while supporting growth-area planning, precinct development, infrastructure delivery, and long-term investment outcomes.

Coordinate delivery of a federally funded urban precincts program across council, government, community, industry, and consultant partners. Support urban design framework development, stakeholder engagement, workshops, reporting, research, analysis, governance documentation, consultant management, and project scheduling. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, organisation, relationship-building, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Provides practical occupational health and safety advice across council workplaces. Responsibilities include incident response and investigations, risk assessments, safe work procedures, critical-control verification, workplace inspections, consultation, training, contractor safety, and management of physical and psychological hazards. The role partners with leaders, employees, Health and Safety Representatives, contractors, and Safety Business Partners to embed sustainable safety improvements and strengthen operational safety capability.

Provides customer and information services across Hume Libraries, including supervising shifts, opening and closing branches, assisting with programs, maintaining collections, shelving materials, and supporting community engagement. The role requires strong knowledge of library resources, books and literature, customer service, organization, communication, staff supervision, and the ability to serve culturally diverse communities.

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across major providers. Implement IaC, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot incidents, optimize costs, run migrations, enforce compliance, collaborate with dev/ops/security teams, and maintain documentation.

Provide senior strategic communications and public affairs support for Council advocacy and reputation. Lead publicity, media opportunities, stakeholder messaging, issues management and high-impact communications projects. Advise ELT, Councillors and senior stakeholders, collaborate with Government Relations and Corporate Communications, and support emerging priorities under the Manager Strategic Communications.
