Lead strategic planning for inclusive sport, recreation, and leisure places, facilities, infrastructure, and programs. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, political acumen, and experience applying sport and recreation planning methodologies.

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across major providers. Implement IaC, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot incidents, optimize costs, run migrations, enforce compliance, collaborate with dev/ops/security teams, and maintain documentation.
