Manage and process Freedom of Information requests, draft decision letters, liaise with stakeholders and OVIC, handle subpoenas, and support integrity investigations and internal audit assurance activities while ensuring confidentiality and procedural fairness.

Provide specialist end-to-end procurement advice and support for works and a broad range of goods and services. Manage tenders, evaluations, contract execution, category management, collaborative procurement projects, and sustainability procurement initiatives while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of portfolio activities.

Support development, monitoring and reporting of the council's capital works program. Provide PMF training, governance, analysis, audits, stakeholder coaching, and tool/template development to improve project delivery and reporting.
