Lead strategic planning for inclusive sport, recreation, and leisure places, facilities, infrastructure, and programs. Responsibilities include research and trend analysis, development of strategic and master plans, feasibility studies, business cases, grant submissions, community consultation, stakeholder partnerships, project oversight, tender documentation, and reports for executive leadership and Council. The role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, political acumen, and experience applying sport and recreation planning methodologies.

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across major providers. Implement IaC, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot incidents, optimize costs, run migrations, enforce compliance, collaborate with dev/ops/security teams, and maintain documentation.
