Provides project, contract, procurement, governance, and administrative support for a federally funded urban precincts program. Responsibilities include tracking milestones, actions, deliverables, budgets, risks, project documentation, registers, reports, briefings, meetings, workshops, consultant contracts, funding obligations, and stakeholder communications. The role coordinates with government agencies, consultants, partners, executives, and internal teams while managing competing priorities and supporting compliance with partnership agreements and external funding requirements.

Lead delivery of the Federally funded Urban Precincts and Partnerships Program across multiple government, industry and community partners. Responsibilities include strategic project management, governance, stakeholder and partnership coordination, procurement, consultant and contractor management, reporting, and decision support. The role manages complex, high-value projects on schedule, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction while supporting growth-area planning, precinct development, infrastructure delivery, and long-term investment outcomes.

Coordinate delivery of a federally funded urban precincts program across council, government, community, industry, and consultant partners. Support urban design framework development, stakeholder engagement, workshops, reporting, research, analysis, governance documentation, consultant management, and project scheduling. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, organisation, relationship-building, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
