Lead and own the Services Business Process Automation program including SLM platform, BI reporting, and IT/OT integrations. Lead product cybersecurity for Humanoid's HMND 01 platform family. Define assurance strategy, threat modelling, and audit-ready security artefacts; ensure compliance with IEC 62443, EU Machinery Regulation and Cyber Resilience Act; establish PSIR/PSIRT, oversee risk assessments, remediation, and field monitoring; engage customers, certification bodies, and support bids and regulatory interactions.

Execute end-to-end software release validation and regression testing on physical humanoid robots and in simulation. Design and run policy evaluations, compare sim-to-real behavior, collect reliability and performance metrics, maintain CI/CD test suites and dashboards, and ensure test data quality to determine release readiness.

Provide L1/L2 IT support for the Boston office and lab: manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu), enroll devices in MDM (JumpCloud), maintain asset records in Jira Assets, support AV/meeting rooms, perform basic network tasks, handle procurement and lifecycle of hardware, document runbooks, and work with global IT and Cyber teams to build scalable office IT infrastructure.

Develop and deploy robot manipulation capabilities by training and fine-tuning policies (behavior cloning and RL), curating and preprocessing datasets, iterating simulation/digital twin training, expanding observation/action spaces, partnering with teleoperation, controls and hardware teams to ensure smooth transfer and improve real-world performance.

Develop and train language-vision conditioned manipulation policies with reinforcement learning in simulation and real robots.
