Develop and own robotics controls testing, validation, and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure. Define repeatability and accuracy metrics, expand automated testing, validate new hardware integrations, and diagnose failures across controls, firmware, and hardware. Build observability and diagnostic tooling, perform real-robot bring-up, and maintain engineering documentation and runbooks. The role requires strong control theory, modern C++, Python, robotics hardware experience, data analysis judgment, and cross-stack debugging skills.

Build automated control-quality metrics, evaluation pipelines, and deterministic test infrastructure for humanoid robots. Develop simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing integrated with CI, establish fleet-level performance benchmarks, track robot variation and degradation, and create dashboards for control health. The role requires robotics experience, strong Python, modern C++, data-analysis judgment, ROS/ROS2, synchronization, and test automation expertise.
