Leads the Manufacturing Engineering team and manufacturing strategy, driving process optimization, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, quality initiatives, production scheduling, ERP documentation, plant layout, preventive maintenance, and capital equipment projects. Partners with Design Engineering and Quality on manufacturability, engineering changes, corrective actions, customer complaints, and performance monitoring.

Plans, develops, documents, and optimizes assembly, manufacturing, inspection, and testing processes. Identifies process improvements, analyzes production performance and variability, develops test procedures and tooling, defines quality processes, estimates manufacturing resources and costs, mitigates risks, and supports continuous improvement through data and statistical methods.

Leads large engineering R&D projects developing mechanical and electromechanical products and systems. Provides technical direction, analyzes complex engineering problems, supports manufacturing industrialization, estimates project costs and timelines, investigates materials and engineering practices, addresses regulations, and presents technical work to industry committees. The role requires collaboration across international, manufacturing, quality, customer service, and external stakeholder teams, with occasional mentoring and up to 20% international travel.

Lead end-to-end product design for Humanetics digital products using AI-native, agentic workflows. Create interactive prototypes in working code, conduct customer validation, develop accessible interfaces and design systems, and translate validated concepts into production-ready designs. Partner with product managers and engineers, evaluate and implement emerging AI tools, improve design lifecycle efficiency, present work, and mentor designers adopting new workflows.

Serves as the senior IT escalation point for U.S. sites, resolving complex infrastructure, networking, identity, Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user issues. Establishes security standards, manages access controls, and supports export-control compliance. Leads IT migrations, upgrades, rollouts, AI-tool integration, documentation, vendor and asset management, and technical coaching across a global IT team.

Supports manufacturing engineering projects by deploying process best practices, improving manufacturing processes, reducing costs, optimizing material flow, and establishing cycle times. The intern completes routine engineering work and presents their internship experience to management. The role requires a technical degree or active pursuit of a four-year engineering degree, with CAD knowledge preferred and familiarity with engineering change processes and GD&T beneficial.

Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, follow up on quotations and inactive opportunities, support field sales, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service to develop pipeline and customer relationships.
