Leads HARP’s financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, accounting operations, controls, compliance, audit, and board reporting. Advises leadership on financial sustainability, risks, investments, and organizational performance. Oversees finance staff and partners with departments to improve budget accountability and reporting. Also leads the technology roadmap, systems integration, IT vendors, data governance, cybersecurity, access controls, backup, and business continuity. Builds approachable, collaborative finance and IT functions aligned with HARP’s animal-welfare mission.

Lead and execute digital fundraising campaigns (email, social, paid ads, P2P), optimize website donation experience, manage donor journeys and CRM integrations, analyze campaign performance, and create assets and reports to grow donor engagement and revenue for the shelter.
