Establish risk appetite, policies, limits, portfolio management, monitoring, escalation and reporting. Embed risk culture via training and coordinate with auditors and regulators to address control gaps.

Lead agile squads to gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specs, coordinate development and vendors, support project planning and QA, and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
