Head Enterprise Risk

Head of Enterprise Risk will develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework in order to establish an effective risk-based system to identify, measure, monitor and control enterprise-wide risks. Head of Enterprise risk will support the CRO in embedding and enhancing the enterprise risk management framework across the bank to ensure that risk function is not working in silo. 

Core Responsibilities :

1. Ensure implementation of enterprise risk management framework including Risk Appetite, Credit Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Portfolio Management, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), Basel, ICAAP and Fraud Risk etc; 
2. Ensure risk policies and risk acceptance criteria are in place;
3. Implement risk appetite framework of the bank;
4. Oversee effective portfolio management is in place of augment credit decisions and monitor credit limits; 
5. Lay down risk rating models and stress testing framework 
6. Ensure market risk limits and middle office monitoring are in place and risk under control. 
7. Ensure operational risk and fraud risk controls and tools are embedded in the system and effective. 
8. Ensure environment risk along with environment risk rating is properly managed; 
9. Review process and procedures are timely reviewed to identify gaps over various controls; 
10. Monitor risk matters are properly escalated and reported to management through management committees and BRCC;
11. Develop various risk limits along with its rational; 
12. Check support, awareness and training to staff is regularly given to build risk culture; and 
13. Coordinate with internal & external auditors and regulators for resolution of various matters.

• 10 year plus experience in the risk area in banking industry
• Minimum masters degree or C.A. or ACCA
• Leadership skills 
• Good inter personal skills
