Coordinate the full examination cycle: registrations, entries, timetables, results and post-results services. Ensure JCQ and awarding body compliance, secure handling of materials, Access Arrangements, invigilator recruitment/training, audits, and maintain exam records while supporting the Examinations Manager and MIS team.

Design, implement and maintain the college's data protection and information governance frameworks. Manage ROPA, asset registers, SARs and FOI requests, DPIAs, DSAs/DPAs, breach investigation and ICO liaison. Monitor compliance through audits and training, support departments to close gaps, and keep policies current with GDPR and ICO guidance.

Coordinate, place, assess and monitor student childcare placements across Level 2, Level 3 and T-Level programmes. Develop placement opportunities, conduct risk and H&S checks, assess learners to awarding body criteria, complete documentation, and collaborate with curriculum teams and employers to maintain quality standards.

Lead operational delivery of the College's apprenticeship provision, ensuring quality, compliance, learner outcomes and employer satisfaction. Manage Curriculum Managers and apprenticeship teams, drive recruitment/retention improvements, oversee quality assurance for Ofsted/ESFA readiness, use performance data to mitigate risks, and develop employer-responsive delivery models to support sustainable growth.

Provide strategic leadership for English, Maths and ESOL curriculum; drive teaching quality, assessment and student outcomes; lead Heads of Department; implement quality assurance, data-driven improvement and partnership initiatives to increase attendance, achievement and progression.
