Provide strategic leadership for English, Maths and ESOL curriculum; drive teaching quality, assessment and student outcomes; lead Heads of Department; implement quality assurance, data-driven improvement and partnership initiatives to increase attendance, achievement and progression.

Lead and teach Level 1–3 Brickwork programmes, manage curriculum and assessment planning, drive quality assurance and internal verification, monitor learner progress, build employer partnerships, develop industry-aligned resources, and promote excellent teaching practice to maximise learner outcomes.

Coordinate, place, assess and monitor student childcare placements across Level 2, Level 3 and T-Level programmes. Develop placement opportunities, conduct risk and H&S checks, assess learners to awarding body criteria, complete documentation, and collaborate with curriculum teams and employers to maintain quality standards.
