Leads supplier quality activities for dental instrument manufacturing, including supplier audits, nonconforming material disposition, SCAR closure, root-cause analysis, defect-trend analysis, KPI improvement, and continuous improvement projects. Partners with sourcing, production, incoming inspection, and product development teams; supports supplier qualification, procedures, design reviews, and external audits. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, supplier performance management, and domestic travel up to 25%.

Leads industrial engineering and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, assembly, distribution, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, developing labor standards, conducting time studies, optimizing layouts and material flow, implementing Lean Six Sigma and automation projects, modeling capacity, preparing ROI analyses, and managing capital equipment initiatives. Analyzes and maintains compensation structures and benefits programs, including salary ranges, incentives, health and welfare plans, retirement, leave, and wellness programs. Conducts market research and salary benchmarking, ensures HRIS data accuracy, prepares reports, supports annual compensation and enrollment programs, manages benefits vendors and compliance reporting, and responds to employee questions about pay and benefits.

Manages regional dental accounts by selling dental instruments, infection prevention products, and related services. Develops customer relationships, negotiates agreements, drives revenue and margin growth, evaluates account performance, delivers product education, recommends solutions, and executes promotional programs. The role serves dealers, private practices, community health centers, and dental service organizations while collaborating cross-functionally to meet territory goals.
