Lead Huckberry's retention and CRM strategy to grow active customers by improving repeat and reactivation rates. Own email, SMS, catalog, and cross-channel programs, optimize lifecycle flows, measure cohort-based KPIs, and partner with acquisition, brand, and data teams to drive revenue per active customer.

The Associate Line Producer will coordinate production logistics, manage budgets, support creative teams, and maintain relationships with freelancers, ensuring seamless execution of photo and video campaigns.
