Teams at Huckberry

Provides customer support through email, phone, live chat, and social media. Resolves product and order issues, manages individual customer interactions, communicates with brand partners, explains complex topics clearly, and identifies process improvements. The role requires empathy, sound judgment, organization, product curiosity, and comfort using AI tools. It is hybrid, with initial full-time onsite training and at least three office days weekly afterward.

Executes retention campaigns across newsletters, email, SMS, and direct mail. Manages recurring newsletter production, coordinates creative and merchandising teams, tracks cross-functional deliverables, oversees campaign reporting, supports A/B testing, and develops workflows to improve launch efficiency and customer engagement.

Develop and manage omnichannel product marketing campaigns for Huckberry’s Proof house brand. Translate product roadmaps, technical fabrics, and performance features into customer-focused stories, briefs, and channel plans. Coordinate Product, Merchandising, Creative, Operations, and channel teams through launches, maintain product knowledge resources, monitor competitive trends, and analyze campaign performance to improve future initiatives.
