Bridge business and technology across enterprise sales cycles by conducting technical discovery, designing solutions, scoping integrations, estimating project effort, and creating statements of work. Support demos, proofs of concept, RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer handoffs. Scope account expansions and change requests while ensuring deals are commercially viable and deliverable. Collaborate with Account Executives, client IT teams, and Customer Success.

Own strategic customer accounts across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal. Lead delivery projects, coordinate engineering and client teams, translate technical requirements, manage risks and dependencies, run customer reviews and training, analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and feed customer feedback into the product roadmap. The role requires strong technical fluency, project management, multilingual communication, and practical use of AI tools and automations.
