Teams at Hubtype

Own strategic customer accounts across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal. Lead delivery projects, coordinate engineering and client teams, translate technical requirements, manage risks and dependencies, run customer reviews and training, analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and feed customer feedback into the product roadmap. The role requires strong technical fluency, project management, multilingual communication, and practical use of AI tools and automations.
