Build and lead HubSync’s partner ecosystem across accounting alliances, technology partners, private equity firms, and consultants. Develop channel strategy, identify and negotiate partnerships, execute referral and reseller agreements, and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives. Establish partner onboarding, enablement, governance, deal registration, and performance reporting processes. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and RevOps while representing HubSync at industry events and traveling regularly for partner engagement.

Build and operate an AI-native software development lifecycle across planning, coding, review, testing, deployment, and incident response. Develop internal AI agents, shared harnesses, CI/CD gates, automated QA, code reviewers, and developer workflows. Embed with engineering teams, ship on their backlogs, drive adoption, remove infrastructure and tooling blockers, and measure improvements in throughput, quality, cycle time, cost, and developer experience.

Lead HubSync’s People, HR, and Talent functions during rapid growth. Partner with executives and the Board on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, culture, metrics, and succession planning. Build scalable HR infrastructure, People analytics, recruiting operations, employer branding, and structured hiring practices across technical, go-to-market, corporate, and executive roles.

Senior full-stack product engineer responsible for owning features end to end, from clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. The role builds across React, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS, uses AI-assisted development and QA tools, writes unit and end-to-end tests, and collaborates closely with tax-domain product owners in a small engineering pod.

Manage customer integrations during onboarding by scoping, planning, and delivering projects. Lead technical discovery, coordinate stakeholders, troubleshoot integrations, document processes, and improve workflows and automation.

Lead architecture and delivery of agentic, long-running workflows and document-intelligence pipelines for a multi-tenant tax SaaS. Define orchestration, durable state, evaluation, observability, and trust/validation layers; optimize cost, accuracy, and latency; mentor engineers and set platform standards to ensure reliable, auditable production systems.
