Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, Legal, and Finance to deliver client value, reduce churn, and translate recurring feedback into product improvements.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and execution for a tax compliance workflow platform. Lead sprint discipline, prioritize product intake, structure Jira tooling, document requirements, and translate complex tax engagement processes into scalable platform queues. Drive Workflow’s evolution as the orchestration layer connecting HubSync modules while bridging tax domain experts and engineering teams.
