Build and scale signal-driven GTM systems: design automation and AI workflows for account identification, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and orchestration to drive outbound, ABM, and revenue generation. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success to run experiments, implement agent-assisted automation, and measure outcomes.

Design and develop scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails, resolve performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll ensure the quality of Growth initiatives by testing web applications, creating test plans, tracking bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
