Lead end-to-end CRM integration projects in HubSpot: create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, documentation, UAT, change management and integrations. Communicate with stakeholders, track progress, surface risks, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Design scalable HubSpot-centric CRM solutions and integrations, define data strategies and architecture, produce technical documentation, lead implementations, mentor juniors, conduct audits, assist data migrations, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused CRM projects.

Own the full sales cycle for HubSpot-led CRM and technology solutions, from discovery and solution design through proposals, commercial modeling, negotiation, and contract signature. Lead technical conversations, demonstrations, RFP responses, Statements of Work, forecasts, and partner-driven opportunities. Work with consulting and technology teams to scope accurate solutions while engaging senior stakeholders and meeting revenue targets.

Manages end-to-end B2B sales opportunities across inbound, outbound, referrals, and partner channels. Conducts discovery, HubSpot demonstrations, proposal development, presentations, RFP responses, forecasting, and commercial negotiations. Builds relationships with C-level decision-makers, HubSpot teams, prospects, and customers while coordinating internal stakeholders. The role focuses on growing revenue for digital consultancy, CRM, and MarTech solutions through consultative selling and pipeline management.

Consult with clients to define marketing goals, audit marketing and websites, design customer journeys and CRO, develop MarTech architecture and HubSpot implementations, configure automation and reporting, run functional testing, brief/coordinate creatives and developers, provide training and change management, and manage ongoing client relationships and performance optimization.

Advise clients on optimizing sales and service processes, revenue operations, sales enablement, CRM strategy, forecasting, and analytics. Design scalable go-to-market strategies, training, adoption, and change-management plans using HubSpot and comparable CRM platforms. Lead client workshops, provide strategic recommendations, mentor consultants, and contribute to improved consulting practices. The role is fully remote within Germany and requires German residence and legal authorization to work there.
