Build AI agents for coding, research, data, and software engineering use cases. Contribute to JiuwenSwarm and open-source projects through feature development, issue resolution, documentation, examples, and community collaboration while exploring LLMs, memory, planning, evaluation, and agentic systems.

Develop and research next-generation real-time operating system technologies for embedded, cloud, virtualized, and automotive platforms. Address scheduling, resource allocation, system isolation, inter-process communication, concurrency, and performance challenges. Build tooling and system-level solutions while applying CPU architecture knowledge and real-time OS design expertise. The role also requires researching complex topics, creating technical designs, and documenting and presenting solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Research and develop hardware-aware ML optimization techniques for edge devices, including quantization, pruning, efficient architectures, compiler and runtime optimization, and heterogeneous CPU/GPU/NPU deployment. Profile real-device performance, energy, memory, and latency; build benchmarking and regression infrastructure; optimize LLM/VLM inference; publish findings and patents; collaborate with product, platform, and hardware teams; and mentor junior researchers while shaping the technical roadmap.

Design and develop Huawei’s open-source agent framework, including architecture, abstractions, tooling, and developer experience. Analyze emerging agent projects, implement advanced architectures such as self-evolving and multi-agent systems, and deploy the framework in business products. Incorporate developer and business feedback to improve the platform. The role requires Python proficiency, asynchronous programming knowledge, understanding of large language models and agent techniques, and familiarity with agent frameworks.

Conduct research and simulations for next-generation IMDD optical transmission systems over hollow-core fiber. Model end-to-end non-coherent optical systems and fiber gas absorption, develop signaling and equalization methods to address channel fading, and evaluate high-launch-power effects on system reach and performance. Collaborate within an advanced optical communications R&D team.

Prototype and transition privacy-preserving solutions into product-grade defenses, analyze emerging threats and regulations, and collaborate with global research and engineering teams to integrate secure AI technologies into Huawei endpoint products.

Research and analyze state-of-the-art AI model architectures and training/inference workloads; map workloads to hardware requirements; develop performance models and deployment strategies; profile hardware/software, evaluate algorithm-hardware tradeoffs, and provide quantitative recommendations for next-generation AI accelerators.
