The role involves building external technology networks, identifying key industry trends, organizing technical events, and converting insights into collaboration opportunities.

Lead human-computer interaction and human-AI research focused on agentic AI and multimodal interfaces. Design mixed-method studies, prototypes, and evaluation rubrics; translate findings into product requirements, interaction models, and roadmaps. Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and PMs to validate and iterate conversational agents, copilots, cross-device workflows, and accessibility/privacy-sensitive practices.

Conduct research and engineering on VFX and procedural shape/texture/VFX generation, develop AI/CG prototypes, transfer solutions into Huawei products, and publish findings as papers or patents.
