Support vice presidents of development across site selection, acquisition, financing, permitting, construction, and conversion. Gather site data, track due diligence, prepare capital requests and reports, manage RFPs and permitting, interact with municipalities and contractors, produce budget/schedule reports, and monitor project risks to ensure timely completion.

Lead and oversee affordable housing compliance across a property portfolio: develop policies, manage Yardi configurations, conduct audits, handle reasonable accommodation and Fair Housing compliance, train staff, liaise with regulators, and implement corrective actions.

Serve as HTGM liaison to public housing authorities to maximize voucher-based rent revenue, submit and track HCV/PBV/ACC requests, maintain subsidy contracts and Yardi data, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, support site teams on lease-up and voucher compliance, attend audits/training, and travel approximately 30%.

Prepare accounting entries, month-end schedules, variance analyses, bank and job cost reconciliations, track pre-development costs, manage intercompany and AP communications, support compliance and external CPA requests, and recommend process improvements.
