Manages Microsoft Analyst and IT Tech Supervisor teams while overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory operations. Ensures face sheets reach billing on time and collaborates with client agencies to obtain information and resolve insurance-related issues. Maintains accurate files and supports timely billing processes.

Manage patient billing and payments, post adjustments and denials, reconcile receipts, verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations, prepare and submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and collaborate with billing, collections, and client teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
