Provides receptionist and telephone coverage, follows up on missing information, and completes errands using a personal vehicle.

Manage patient billing and payments, post adjustments and denials, reconcile receipts, verify insurance eligibility and prior authorizations, prepare and submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and collaborate with billing, collections, and client teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
