Serve as primary sales office contact: manage group blocks, enter and track leads, produce reports and BEOs, coordinate events, support commissions, assist digital/marketing and social media efforts, maintain sales files and inventories, and provide administrative support to sales/catering team.

Generate leads, conduct sales calls and site inspections, negotiate contracts, maintain sales records, support event execution, analyze market trends, and collaborate with operations and revenue leadership to maximize occupancy and average rate.

Oversees all engineering and maintenance operations for a 124-room hotel, managing building systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, inventory, vendors, and an engineering team to ensure safety, compliance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Supervise front desk operations and staff to ensure smooth check-in/check-out, resolve guest issues, oversee cash handling and billing accuracy, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, train agents, and maintain lobby standards.
