Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Catering and Conference Services to meet monthly and annual revenue goals. Implement sales and marketing strategies, oversee forecasting and budgets, mentor the sales team, coordinate with revenue management and corporate marketing, and drive group and transient business through active selling, presentations, and external events.

Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations; supervise and train servers, bartenders, and support staff; ensure service standards, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction; assist with scheduling, inventory, cash-handling, and opening/closing procedures; handle guest concerns and support managers.

Oversee all property financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting. Lead the accounting team, ensure compliance with policies and GAAP, partner with operations to drive financial performance, and support strategic business goals.
