Supervises daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations; supports staff, training, scheduling, service standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, inventory, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements.

Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets. Lead supervisors and frontline staff, manage scheduling, hiring, training, guest satisfaction, quality control, inventory, labor, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol regulations, and Hilton brand standards while coordinating with sales, banquets, and front office teams.

Coordinates group business from booking through event completion, manages room blocks, contracts, banquet event orders, billing, deadlines, and client communications. Drives local meeting-space sales, develops corporate accounts, supports transient RFPs, conducts site visits and pre-con meetings, coordinates hotel operations, upsells services, forecasts food and beverage revenue, and works to maximize revenue and repeat business.
