Oversee day-to-day Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensure Hilton brand standards and guest satisfaction, serve as Manager on Duty, lead and develop department leaders, support revenue and labor goals, conduct inspections, manage operational readiness for events, and drive service recovery and operational efficiency.

Lead revenue strategy for a 2-4 hotel portfolio, optimizing group and transient mix, pricing, forecasting, and distribution. Monitor STR reports and RevMax touchpoints, conduct displacement analysis, support annual operating plans and monthly forecasts, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, train teams, and maintain relationships with brand partners and ownership.

Perform kitchen cleaning and dishwashing duties: sort and operate dish machines, maintain sanitation and safety, manage trash/recycling, polish silver, set up workstations, communicate with kitchen and banquet staff, and handle deliveries. Must follow MSDS, complete food handler training, and perform physical lifting and equipment operation.
