Provides outsourced HR consulting services to clients across employee relations, benefits and leave administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compensation, record-keeping, and professional development. The role researches employment laws, recommends solutions, supports diverse client assignments, and builds strong client relationships while managing multiple HR activities.

The HR Partner manages client relationships and delivers comprehensive HR consulting services, including compliance guidance, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, investigations, training, handbook development, and strategic initiatives. The role serves as the primary client contact, leads HR projects, resolves issues, supports client retention, and ensures service excellence. Regular travel throughout the Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse region and occasional out-of-state travel are required.

Supports recruiting and talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring manager support. The role may expand into HRIS administration, employee records, reporting, audits, benefits support, and general HR operations. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
