Lead consultative sales for the firm's safety practice: identify and close enterprise accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build and maintain pipeline and forecasts, partner with internal engineering/safety teams to deliver tailored solutions, and meet revenue/bookings targets. Will travel up to 40%.

Support full-spectrum HR for an Alsip location: recruit and onboard warehouse and office staff; process payroll and benefits; handle employee relations, investigations, and safety; maintain personnel records and HR metrics; partner with outsourced HR consultant; advise managers on policies and compliance.
