Contract marketing role to build and test targeted customer-growth programs in HubSpot: segment customers, create automated email campaigns, track attribution and ROI, and partner with sales to scale repeatable processes and improve performance.

Lead consultative sales for the firm's safety practice: identify and close enterprise accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build and maintain pipeline and forecasts, partner with internal engineering/safety teams to deliver tailored solutions, and meet revenue/bookings targets. Will travel up to 40%.

Drive account growth and prospecting, manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinate vendors and internal teams, track details in Commonsku and HubSpot, propose creative solutions, expand client relationships, and contribute to sales process and strategy in a fast-paced promotional products environment.

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and President: manage calendar, review bills, prepare deposit slips, compare invoices, arrange travel, track customer deposits/refunds, back up receiving/operate UPS, answer phones, and perform general office tasks requiring discretion and strong organization.
