Lead consultative sales for the firm's safety practice: identify and close enterprise accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build and maintain pipeline and forecasts, partner with internal engineering/safety teams to deliver tailored solutions, and meet revenue/bookings targets. Will travel up to 40%.

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and President: manage calendar, review bills, prepare deposit slips, compare invoices, arrange travel, track customer deposits/refunds, back up receiving/operate UPS, answer phones, and perform general office tasks requiring discretion and strong organization.

Provide day-to-day operational support for wealth advisors, manage client communications and onboarding, coordinate events and marketing logistics, maintain compliance and documentation, and track case progress to ensure timely paperwork and excellent client service.
