Lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting operations globally. Own U.S. GAAP research, policy, and audit-ready documentation; manage close, payroll, O2C, reconciliations, and multi-currency consolidation; strengthen controls and SOX readiness; build and coach a high-performing accounting team; drive process standardization, automation, and practical AI adoption; partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, auditors, and executive leadership on complex accounting matters.

Lead the Documents Track for Houzz Pro, owning end-to-end project documentation workflows (estimates, POs, change orders, invoicing). Define strategy, data integrity, job costing, and metrics; write PRDs, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Payments, Accounting, and Reporting to build scalable financial workflows that improve Pro efficiency and retention.
