Provide administrative support for foundation, corporate, and government fundraising by managing grant calendars, tracking proposals and awards in Tessitura, preparing proposal/report documentation, coordinating compliance and sponsor benefit logistics, supporting events and donor hospitality, and maintaining accurate project and financial data across teams.

Lead HGO's music library overseeing research, acquisition, preparation, and operations to support productions. Negotiate licenses, prepare scores and parts, manage library collections and inventory, supervise staff, collaborate with artistic leadership and guest conductors, attend rehearsals and performances, and ensure compliance with union agreements and reporting requirements.

Lead planning and execution of donor and corporate engagement events, manage timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, on-site logistics, and registrations. Track attendance and revenue, produce post-event analyses, and collaborate with philanthropy, production, and creative teams to support major annual fundraising events and stewardship initiatives.

Lead strategy and execution of annual giving campaigns to grow donor participation, retention, and revenue. Manage acquisition, renewal, and upgrade segments, craft donor-centric appeals, oversee multi-channel communications (tracked in Tessitura), collaborate with analytics, stewardship, and audience teams, and serve as primary contact for annual donors.
