Coordinate and execute grassroots marketing and audience engagement events, manage promotional partnerships and collateral, support cross-department outreach, maintain community-focused web content and email communications, track engagement and report on audience development.

Oversee accounting operations, month- and year-end close, financial and management reporting, audit coordination, tax and grant compliance, internal controls, and endowment accounting; communicate financial results to non-financial stakeholders and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, write and edit branded copy, build and optimize automated journeys, collaborate with data and design teams, maintain website content related to ticketing, monitor email metrics, support advertising/promotions and cross-promotional partnerships to grow audience and ticket sales.
