Coordinate and execute grassroots marketing and audience engagement events, manage promotional partnerships and collateral, support cross-department outreach, maintain community-focused web content and email communications, track engagement and report on audience development.

Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, write and edit branded copy, build and optimize automated journeys, collaborate with data and design teams, maintain website content related to ticketing, monitor email metrics, support advertising/promotions and cross-promotional partnerships to grow audience and ticket sales.

Support daily production through transportation, material handling, facility and event setup, basic inventory and purchasing tasks, and general warehouse upkeep. Operate company vehicles and assist with A/V setup while maintaining organized, safe workspaces and following established processes independently.
