Acquire and onboard private landlords in the German market through high-volume cold calling and proactive outreach. Manage the full landlord journey through first booking, address objections, optimize occupancy and revenue, and build long-term relationships. Analyze portfolio data to improve performance, identify product issues, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and support process improvements through AI and automation.
