Partners with product, creative, game, studio, external, and co-development teams to align priorities and improve development processes. Provides project health visibility to leadership while balancing creative ambition with production constraints and enabling effective delivery at scale.

Lead Housemarque’s Design discipline across the studio by defining long-term strategy, developing design leaders, growing and retaining talent, establishing shared principles and standards, improving workflows, and aligning resources with creative and production needs. Partner with creative and game leadership to ensure teams can deliver ambitious action experiences while fostering collaboration across disciplines.
