Build and maintain Laravel/PHP backend services and REST APIs, design data models and migrations, optimize queries, improve performance and reliability, write automated tests, support CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions), collaborate with product and frontend/mobile teams, and document APIs and workflows.

Build and scale end-to-end iOS features for patient and provider journeys using Swift and SwiftUI. Integrate with FHIR-based backends, HealthKit, BLE/IoT devices, deep links, and ad-attribution SDKs. Improve performance, reliability, automated tests, security, and cross-functional delivery while contributing to architecture and documentation.

Lead design and implementation of scalable Laravel/PHP backend services and APIs. Improve performance, reliability, security, and observability. Drive CI/CD, database design and migrations, incident response, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, produce documentation, and collaborate with product, frontend, and mobile teams to deliver critical features.
