Lead North America/global PR strategy and media relations for a luxury beauty brand. Own the PR calendar, manage US agency partnerships, drive 360 campaign storytelling and toolkits, measure campaign impact, support executive and internal communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-brand execution and budget management. Hybrid role in LA or NYC.

Lead Hourglass's global organic social strategy, building premium social-first content, scalable affiliate/creator commerce programs, and community engagement. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Influencer, PR, and Regional teams.
