Lead APAC marketing for a luxury beauty brand, developing and executing integrated 360° campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Align go-to-market plans with global teams and local markets, manage retail partnerships, influencers, talent, PR and events, oversee creative and campaign toolkits, monitor performance and optimize budgets to drive brand equity, consumer engagement and regional growth.

The Education and Events Executive trains in-store teams on makeup artistry, coaching, and mentoring them to improve performance, track progress, and execute product launches and events effectively.

Represent Hourglass Cosmetics in retail stores across Ireland: sell products, perform services, run events, build client bases and retailer relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while respecting retailer procedures and brand standards.

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities across the UK and EMEA, coordinating with teams to boost brand visibility and achieve commercial objectives.
