Teams at Hotplate

Provide customer support to chefs through phone, SMS, and email while handling approximately 500 tickets weekly. Troubleshoot technical issues, explain product behavior, and ensure customers feel supported. Help scale the support function by creating macros and documentation, using AI tools, improving workflows, and identifying product improvements. The role begins with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and focuses on supporting Hotplate’s growing community of food entrepreneurs.

Own the product’s visual design and UI implementation across existing and new features. Improve UX consistency, develop reusable components, collaborate with engineers and the CEO on visual rewrites, and encode design-system patterns into AI tooling. The role requires strong front-end engineering, Figma proficiency, attention to interaction details, rapid prototyping, and experience building polished, maintainable products.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build end-to-end features for a platform supporting chefs and bakers, focusing on scalable systems and user experiences.
