Manage daily spa operations including bookings, guest reception, and schedule coordination. Support and train spa trainees, maintain hygiene and presentation standards, assist with inventory and admin, and sell/present Biologique-Recherche products after training.

Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service for banquets, meetings, private dinners, receptions, and other events. Lead service teams on the floor, coordinate with kitchen, bar, and Events, manage Banquet Event Orders, handle last-minute changes, monitor supplies and equipment, and maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Develop and grow leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts while identifying new business opportunities for a luxury hotel. Build relationships with travel advisors, consortia partners, corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders. Represent the hotel in local and international markets, collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams, and contribute to revenue growth and long-term commercial success.

Support day-to-day spa operations including guest reception, bookings, enquiries, scheduling, maintaining treatment rooms and hygiene, stocking linens and supplies, assisting therapists with room setup and breakdown, performing operational checklists and inventory, and communicating with the team to ensure a five‑star guest experience. Does not perform treatments.
