The intern shadows sales agents, researches markets and competitors, assists account managers, and gains practical experience in commercial insurance sales and service operations.

Supports insurance client service operations through policy management, renewals, endorsements, client communications, claims processing, record updates, reporting, compliance documentation, and marketing projects. The intern will work with account managers, sales agents, and service teams while gaining experience in insurance servicing, risk assessment, claims, and customer lifecycle management.
