Support Account Managers by processing and reviewing commercial policies, endorsements, invoices, and certificates of insurance; manage account changes and renewals, update systems, document activities, and assist clients as needed.

Assist high-net-worth personal lines account managers with policy checks, invoicing, cancellations/reinstatements, endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation in the EPIC system; learn HNW coverages, surplus lines, and claims processes while minimizing backlog.

Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Sales and Sales organization: manage calendar, schedule meetings and travel, prepare correspondence and reports, track expense reports via Concur, handle communications on behalf of the VP, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
