Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield trust accounting backend: build secure, scalable, auditable financial services, enforce quality and observability, collaborate with product/finance/legal, and mentor engineers.

Manage inbound lead and demo routing in Salesforce and ChiliPiper, maintain fair AE/SDR distribution and SLAs, build routing and performance dashboards, support capacity and territory planning, document processes, and surface insights to improve speed-to-lead, demo show rates, and conversion.

Own and evolve the company design system (Figma): define strategy, roadmap, components, documentation, and adoption. Collaborate with engineering to integrate production workflows, contribute to end-to-end product features, pilot AI tooling for design, mentor teams, and drive consistency and quality across the product.
