Lead and grow a remote SDR team to drive top-of-funnel growth: recruit, coach, set goals, optimize outbound processes, align with Marketing/Operations, and deliver data-driven reporting.

Build and maintain scalable, accessible, high-performance frontend components and reusable libraries. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams, write tests, lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive frontend architecture and technical improvements.
