Manage the full sales cycle for Spanish-market customers, focusing on outbound prospecting, relationship-building with decision-makers, and upsell/cross-sell. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success, maintain CRM records, provide market insights, and represent Hostaway at industry events to drive revenue and retention.

Lead consultative sales engagements with Account Executives for a SaaS property management platform. Conduct discovery and workflow analysis, deliver tailored demos, handle technical questions, and position product value. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams, support enablement, and stay current on industry trends. Role requires bilingual English + French or Spanish and 3+ years in solutions/sales engineering.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Hostaway mobile app (iOS/Android). Drive discovery, metrics, adoption, engagement, retention, and instrumentation. Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle, coordinate GTM readiness, and prioritize multi-persona workflows. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Research, and GTM teams; leverage AI opportunities for mobile-first experiences.
