Lead and grow a remote EMEA Account Executive team, driving revenue through sales strategy, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires SaaS sales leadership, vacation rental or hospitality technology expertise, EMEA market knowledge, remote team management, multilingual communication, and proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Lead Hostaway’s product analytics function by defining measurement standards, metrics, tracking plans, instrumentation, and data quality practices. Partner with product and data engineering leaders to embed analytics into planning, evaluate investments, measure AI-driven workflows, and improve data-informed decision-making. The role remains hands-on, requiring SQL analysis and query development, while also mentoring analysts and building the analytics operating model.

Build Python-based backend services, APIs, and integrations that embed AI capabilities into a SaaS platform. Develop scalable customer-facing features, connect AI outputs to workflows and dashboards, collaborate with product, design, and platform teams, and implement observability, monitoring, and error handling. Contribute to the AI integration stack, including SDKs, MCP servers, and LLM orchestration.
