Build Python-based backend services, APIs, and integrations that embed AI capabilities into a SaaS platform. Develop scalable customer-facing features, connect AI outputs to workflows and dashboards, collaborate with product, design, and platform teams, and implement observability, monitoring, and error handling. Contribute to the AI integration stack, including SDKs, MCP servers, and LLM orchestration.

Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-powered agents, workflows, and integrations for global marketing. Evaluate buy-vs-build, integrate platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, LinkedIn), optimize AI economics, and measure ROI while collaborating with marketing teams to automate and improve campaign execution and content localization.

Drive revenue growth across North American markets by managing strategic account plans and the full B2B SaaS sales cycle. Build relationships with executives and decision-makers, conduct inbound and outbound sales, exceed quotas, maintain CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent Hostaway at industry events. The role is fully remote for candidates located in North American EST or CST time zones.
