Audit hospice claims, clinical documentation, and billing workflows to ensure Medicare, Medi-Cal, and commercial claims are supported and compliant. Perform pre- and post-bill audits, eligibility/certification reviews, coding accuracy checks, track denials and appeals, monitor aggregate cap exposure, produce monthly audit reports, and provide targeted education to clinical and billing staff to reduce billing risk.

Serve as an executive leader overseeing marketing, development, RN admissions, and intake. Lead strategic planning, operational performance, regulatory compliance, project management, community education, and cross-departmental improvement to ensure quality hospice services and organizational effectiveness.
