Provide hospice clinical education and training to clinicians and community partners, develop orientation and simulation lab programs, monitor documentation quality and compliance, conduct audits and CEU programs, support performance improvement, and occasionally provide direct patient care.

Lead hospice-wide quality, compliance, and infection control programs. Develop and run QAPI, conduct chart audits, manage compliance investigations, prepare for accreditation surveys, oversee education/Relias, track performance improvement projects, and report findings to leadership and the Board.

Lead and operate the hospice Compliance Program and staff education. Perform chart audits, incident investigations, accreditation readiness, clinical training, EMR support, and develop corrective action and performance improvement plans. Supervise Medical Records, provide clinician and community trainings, maintain CEU programs, and occasionally provide direct patient care as needed.
