Supports accounting and manufacturing finance through cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and operational performance analysis. Partners with plant, supply chain, purchasing, engineering, and executive leadership to improve margins, cost efficiency, reporting quality, ERP utilization, and manufacturing performance. The role also mentors accounting staff and supports process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Design, manufacture, and test custom flexible metal hose and expansion joint products. Prepare technical drawings, estimate labor, run prototype parts through production, design components, and support large-scale engineering projects. Independently complete smaller engineering projects while working with manufacturing engineers in a production environment.

Lead and coach production planners to create and manage MTO/MTS production schedules, coordinate materials and capacity with Purchasing and Operations, resolve planning issues, oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer delivery and cost targets.
