Leads end-to-end supply chain readiness for new product introductions, including supplier deliverables, prototype sourcing, tooling, BOM cost management, supplier onboarding, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and commercialization. Drives cost reduction through should-cost modeling, value analysis, supplier negotiations, and make-versus-buy analysis. Establishes supplier standards, oversees supplier development, and coordinates material planning across locations. The role is onsite in Roseville, Minnesota and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.

Develop and grow sales with engine OEMs and distributors by managing customer relationships, prospecting, conducting value-based selling, and maintaining the CRM opportunity funnel. The role gathers customer feedback, identifies product opportunities, collaborates with application engineering and internal teams on tailored solutions, resolves customer issues, and supports sales and marketing plans. It requires 30–50% primarily domestic travel, with occasional international travel.

Develops and maintains quality assurance processes for manufacturing operations, including production measurements, inspection methods, gauge procedures, audits, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, PFMEAs, control plans, and PPAP reviews. Supports ISO and IATF quality systems, coordinates IMDS activities, collaborates with suppliers, customers, design, and manufacturing engineering, and contributes to APQP and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops embedded control systems for electrical-mechanical products, including closed-loop controls, algorithms, circuit boards, electrical harnesses, and CAN communication using SAE J1939. Performs design analysis, product release authorization, technical leadership, vendor screening, and customer application support. Requires C/C++ programming, hands-on embedded systems experience, control systems knowledge, and occasional customer travel.
