Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and manages vessel electrical, electronic, power generation, automation, dynamic positioning, navigation, communication, alarm, and crane systems. Supervises engineering crew, vendors, and subcontractors; manages spares; monitors operational readiness; supports safety, environmental protection, cost control, crew competency, training, mobilization, and charterer relations. Requires valid maritime credentials, electrical or electronic technician training, English proficiency, and at least six months of relevant vessel or industrial experience.

Manage company-wide compensation programs including salary administration, market pricing, bonus/incentive awards, executive compensation reporting, expatriate pay, ESPP and deferred compensation plans. Participate in surveys, ensure regulatory compliance for compensation disclosures and benefit filings, respond to employee inquiries, prepare analyses for management, and support related filings and training.

Manage, maintain, and operate shipboard engineering systems; serve as Officer in Charge of the Engineering Watch; implement safety/SMS policies; supervise engineering crew, vendors, and contractors; monitor vessel seaworthiness, fuel and stores consumption; support mobilization/demobilization and client relations; conduct training, competency assessments, and cost control as directed by the Chief Engineer.

Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit memos per contract, maintain invoice backups, assist collections and monthly revenue accruals, prepare accounting reports, support audits, and perform related administrative tasks.

Prepare and review customer invoices and credit memos, maintain billing procedures, perform general ledger journal entries and reconciliations, assist with project cost tracking, fixed asset accounting, month-end accruals, audits, and financial statement support.
