The role requires strong Linux, scripting, containerization, database, observability, networking, and financial-services infrastructure experience.

Provides technical and functional support for electronic trading applications, troubleshooting incidents, resolving tickets, communicating with international clients, documenting issues, deploying solutions, and training users and IT teams. Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Digital Assets capabilities within a multi-asset electronic trading platform. Define product vision, conduct market and competitive analysis, prioritize the backlog, write functional specifications, and coordinate with Engineering. Assess regulatory implications, support Sales and Client Delivery, contribute to client discussions, and serve as the internal Digital Assets subject matter expert.
