Teams at Horizon Trading Solutions

Owns strategic EMEA client accounts, driving revenue expansion, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, retention, and executive relationships. Develops account plans, manages expansion pipelines, leads commercial negotiations, coordinates internal delivery teams, monitors account performance, and produces forecasts. Requires complex B2B sales experience in finance or capital markets, understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models, strong stakeholder engagement, and professional fluency in French and English.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Digital Assets capabilities within a multi-asset electronic trading platform. Define product vision, conduct market and competitive analysis, prioritize the backlog, write functional specifications, and coordinate with Engineering. Assess regulatory implications, support Sales and Client Delivery, contribute to client discussions, and serve as the internal Digital Assets subject matter expert.

Provides technical support for electronic trading platforms, analyzing incidents, troubleshooting failures, resolving or escalating tickets, and communicating progress to international clients. Supports client implementations through platform configuration and on-site integration, delivers user and IT training, and documents issues. Collaborates with client success, product, presales, and sales teams in a multinational environment.
