Designs, deploys, operates, and improves highly available trading infrastructure across on-premises, colocation, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include production monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, infrastructure engineering, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, documentation, governance, and client support. The role requires strong Linux, scripting, containerization, database, observability, networking, and financial-services infrastructure experience.

Provides technical and functional support for electronic trading applications, troubleshooting incidents, resolving tickets, communicating with international clients, documenting issues, deploying solutions, and training users and IT teams. The role requires knowledge of Linux, SQL, Java, APIs, networks, operating systems, monitoring tools, and preferably FIX protocol and financial application implementation.

Owns strategic EMEA client accounts, driving revenue expansion, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, retention, and executive relationships. Develops account plans, manages expansion pipelines, leads commercial negotiations, coordinates internal delivery teams, monitors account performance, and produces forecasts. Requires complex B2B sales experience in finance or capital markets, understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue models, strong stakeholder engagement, and professional fluency in French and English.
