Responsibilities include client assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication education, benefits coordination, advocacy, counseling, group services, community resource networking, representative payee duties, and electronic documentation for billing. The role involves extensive local driving and transporting clients, field-based service delivery, and collaboration with healthcare providers, families, law enforcement, and social service agencies.

Manages an employment, media, and community connections program serving people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities include staff supervision and development, program planning, budget and grant management, quality and compliance oversight, business and service development, community partnerships, presentations, special projects, and direct service support. The role also develops program materials, supports safety initiatives, and travels to work sites across three counties.

Provides individual and group support to adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. Facilitates community participation, relationship-building, skill development, transportation, advocacy, and consumer-driven activities. Implements behavioral intervention plans, coordinates programming, completes documentation and incident reports, maintains professional relationships, and serves as a mandated abuse reporter. The role involves extensive local travel, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and independent as well as team-based work.

Provides community-based support and leadership for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Facilitates individualized activities, community participation, skill development, behavioral support, advocacy, and consumer safety. Leads curriculum and programming, assists with job development, scheduling, and staff training, completes required documentation, and serves as backup to the program coordinator. The role requires extensive local travel, transportation of consumers, collaboration with families and staff, and mandated abuse reporting.

Supports clinical program administration and quality improvement within mental health services. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical and billing records, analyzing outcomes, gathering research data, supporting EHR implementation, coordinating schedules, assisting clients and families, managing special projects, attending clinical trainings, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. The role requires strong computer, research, organizational, communication, compliance, and data-management skills.

Provide individual and group community-based support for adults with developmental disabilities, implementing Person Centered Plans, facilitating community integration, documenting care, advocating for consumers, transporting clients, and following behavioral intervention plans and safety protocols.

Provide psychiatric assessments, medication management, and diagnosis for developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders. Document care in the EHR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consult on treatment plans, and produce written reports and court documents as needed. Deliver services via telehealth and in-office, and maintain Medicare/Medi‑Cal billing eligibility.

Lead and manage an Enhanced Behavior Support program, supervising RBTs and supporting BCBAs, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing evidence-based behavior plans, training staff, analyzing program data, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing crisis response and quality assurance.
